RIGHTS
The organisers of Bangladesh Trade Fair reserve all the rights in connection with the Bangladesh Trade Fair (BTF) 2010.
PARTICIPATION
Application for participation is to be made in the prescribed form. Approval of participation will be at the sole discretion of BTF. Bulk booking of space is not allowed. BTF shall not be a party in any dispute between the participants and their customers. If BTF is put to any loss for the acts of omission and/or commission of/by the participant, the same shall be made good/indemnified by the concerned participant.
SPACE ALLOCATION
Only applications duly filled in and accompanied by application fee and other necessary documents will be considered for allocation of space. Space will be allocated to the company by name and no subletting will be allowed. The space will be allotted on first-come-first-served basis subject to optimum utilisation of space and on the basis of their product profile as well as hall-wise display sections. BTF reserves the right to reallocate any allotment at its sole discretion.
BOOTH
There will two types of booths: i) 10’ x 8’ which will be called Stall, and ii) 15‘ x 15’ which will be called Pavilion. BTF will provide built-up booths constructed with prefabricated system with a height of 8 feet with a standard fascia writing, one table, two chairs for a Stall and three tables and six chairs for Pavilion. For any area used/to be used in addition to the allocated space, additional participation fee is payable. Common space must be used for common purposes and cannot be used for display or any other purposes by any allottee. Exhibits must not obstruct passages. Fire extinguishers, cable terminals, cable terminals for phone connection, outlets for electricity and water must not be obstructed. No nailing will be allowed for fixing photographs, posters, banners, etc.
PAYMENT
Tariff for Stall: US$ 3,500.00 (US dollar three thousand five hundred) only or BDT 245,000.00 (Bangladeshi taka two hundred forty-five thousand) only Tariff for Pavilion: US$ 9,000.00 (US dollar nine thousand) only or BDT 630,000.00 (Bangladeshi taka six hundred thirty thousand) only Payment must be made in full at the time of submission of application. Payment must be made in the local currency of the country the payment will be made in. Payment will only be accepted in the form of pay order or account payee cheque in favour of “Made in Bangladesh”. Application will be considered valid upon encashment of such payment instruments. An early bird discount of 5% shall be considered if the application is submitted on or before 15 March 2009. For non-issuance of visa by the US Embassy, Dhaka, refund of application fee after deduction of an amount of US$ 500.00 (US dollar five hundred) only or BDT 35,000.00 (Bangladeshi taka thirty-five thousand) only will be made within fifteen days after submission of the claim substantiated with necessary documents. However, the claim must be lodged on or before 15 September 2010. Application may be withdrawn without assigning any reason whatsoever with the following deduction: No deduction will be made if withdrawn within seven calendar days after submission of application. 25% of the fee will be deducted if withdrawnn within 8-15 calendar days of submission of application. 50% of the fee will be deducted if withdrawnn within 16-30 calendar days of submission of application. No refund will be made if withdrawn after 30 days of submission of application.
